We continuously promote our website and membership scheme and the quality of our website ensures a large uptake on our membership scheme. All you have to do is have a link to our website from your website and we are confident that most visitors will then join our membership scheme.

By joining the LocalKids Community Support programme, you/ your chosen charity/school will receive £2.00 commission from every paid membership sale we receive with your unique affiliate referral ID attached to it. This can be received both from your website (via your LocalKids link) or from the membership application forms that we send you

What is an Affiliate?
An affiliate is a company or person who works with us in the Community Support Programme so that we both can benefit from the working relationship as well as the local Community

How do I benefit?
Under the LocalKids Community Support Scheme, for each family who joins LocalKids through our paid membership scheme (for £14.99 per annum) , you/ your chosen charity will receive £2.00.

Why should a family join as a member?
LocalKids family membership is extremely good value – the family can save the cost of their membership and more on just one day out - over a year they can save hundreds!

Does it cost me anything to join the Community Support Programme?
No – it's totally free – you just make money! If you sign up for the Community Support Programme, all you have to do is to promote our business (in order to benefit yourself). You can do this in many different ways – such as a web link to us on your site, by posting information about us to internet forums, by mentioning us in your emails for example, always quoting your affiliate referral number, You can also give out our membership leaflets with your affiliate referral number on. Then, when anyone signs up as a result of your referral using your code, you gain - automatically.

Do I need a web site?
No, though promoting our membership programme through a web site is a very effective way to gain referrals.

How can I promote LocalKids on my web site?
When you sign up to the programme, you will be shown promotional material that you will choose from to put on your site.

How can I promote Localkids Memberships off-line, or without a web site?
We have promotional membership leaflets which would be coded with your affiliate referral number – unique to you. If a person then joins by using this leaflet, you'll be credited. If they join on-line you would still be credited, provided they put the relevant referral number on their application.

How do I know someone has joined LocalKids as a member from my site?
You have a special affiliate referral code (which appears on any promotional material we send you and is part of your affiliate set-up). If we receive a paid membership from either source, we will know which affiliate it has come from

Do you keep records?
Yes, we keep track of all memberships you have gained. If we receive a membership leaflet from you, it is put into the scheme by us and your affiliate account with us is credited. You can keep track of both these things on-line yourself.
How do I get paid?
Payment can be by PayPal, World Pay or by cheque. Once the commission has reached the payout amount chosen (minimum £20) you/ your chosen charity or school will automatically receive the commission.

Here you simply need to choose which of the choice of banners, logos, text boxes and URL links you find most appropriate to put on your site to earn you money as an affiliate with LocalKids: we update these from time to time, so you can change your choices whenever you wish. These are the items that visitors to your site can click on that bring them to our site
